Despite adding a "PRINT" link to the bottom of each workout week (see screenshot below), I received several requests to provide the complete six-week plan as a single downloadable file.
As luck would have it, fellow push up person Eddie the Intrepid Traveler came up with a great solution and is happy for me to share it with everyone here.
Eddie cunningly incorporated the initial push ups test plus each of the six week workouts into a very cool PocketMod; a tiny booklet that is printed on a single sheet of paper.
To download the Hundred Push Ups PocketMod, "right click" either of the following links and select "Save Link As" (Firefox) or "Save Target As" (Internet Explorer & Opera).
